To salmon and not only

Pickled salmon has long been a traditional Swedish dish. Back in the 17th century, fish was placed in a hole in the ground for pickling. The slow fermentation process gave the fish a very specific flavor. Now salmon is marinated for two days with the addition of salt, sugar and dill. Salmon is usually served with the special SÅS SENAP & DILL sauce. This mustard sauce has a slightly sweet flavor. In addition, SÅS SENAP & DILL can be served with shrimp, crab, meat and ham and can be used as a salad dressing.
