Store in a dry place at room temperature.
Glaze: mix 200 g of powdered sugar with protein 1 eggs and 5 ml lemon juice / vinegar until a homogeneous consistency is enough thick paste. Put the icing on the pastry with a confectionery bag (you can make it from parchment paper).
