Absolutely shameful IKEA. I have been waiting for the delivery of an online purchase for almost a month now, because the stupid company engaged by IKEA, GLS, are unable to get it right: twice they said they will deliver and they did not, forcing me to take time off to be home from work from 9am to 20h to not avail. They did not showed up even when I rearranged through their Web the delivery in the times and days proposed by them. I contacted both IKEA and GLS, they have not even answered me and a couple of operators gave me only excuses but no help at all. Meanwhile I am still waiting without news. Spare your time and money, IKEA works perfectly fine in most country but Italy!
