  Probably a defect structure of the iron frame or a manufacturing defect (material or welding) in a single consignment.
  
  Bought in April 2011 IKEA-Khimki.

  Appealed to IKEA, said that since the warranty period is over, then it is our problem ..

  Bought a sofa lottorp two-meter in April 2013. In October 2015 at the opening something snapped on the left side, a very loud crack, it was burst, in the iron frame the hole where the spring was inserted !!! While I was thinking of what to do, now the right side of the carcass itself, the iron one, had collapsed ... this I had never met. An employee of Ikei on the phone voiced to me, though a little uncertainty that the warranty period 2 year is on these sofas, although the other couches are indicated on the site Ikea warranty 10 years. At the same time my appeal was fixed and asked to send a photo of what happened. I will insist on my own right, I'm going to go there personally, with photos and prove that this is a marriage of construction.

  I have exactly the same situation, the sofa was purchased in 2013 year. and exactly one year of operation 2 broken in several places welding. Interestingly, and sofas that are sold now, instead of Lottorp called KLAGSTORP also the same flimsy? as it is now to fix all this construction? or better to the trash this Ikeevskuyu furniture.

  In 2012, they were purchased at the IKEA store in Rostov-on-Don. In 2015, it broke. It is very strange that 10 is guaranteed for all sofas, namely LOTTORP Sofa bed 3-seater - Fresig brown guarantee only 2 years !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It turns out that the IKEA company is not so good, since they can’t solve their problem !!!!!
