    I understand that it is expensive. But architects and designers are not only 3ds Max. There are Revit program. Lumion etc.

      What's stopping you to export from the internal format 3D Max formats obj / fbx supported by most programs for working with graphics 3d?

        It prevents the need for installation of Max to resave into something else. It should be at least 3ds spread, it can be read almost all the programs

        I have a mac and I 3dmax unavailable. Converter from max in obj c4d or can not find.
        If you have a pickup - will magically and thank you very much)
