I ordered my bed in her room. I was supposed to be delivered the following Friday. Why she was not delivered. She had to walk, a min trip, innire about. It was not delivered. They didn’t have to give it a try. nothing. this morning she received an email it would come on Monday-no time. I am upset that she has been sleeping on the floor all these days. It is unacceptable. It reflects badly on the reputation of the customer service. Sincerely.
